MHC Management Co (“MHC”) or its Principals have played a prominent role in Central Texas Real Estate Management and re-development over the last decade, managing properties along the I-35 Corridor from Austin to San Antonio. Currently MHC manages over 550,000 square feet of commercial space and over 550 residential sites in various manufactured housing communities in Central and South Texas.

Additionally, MHC’s principals have a combined 30 years experience in real estate management, acquisitions, structure, and operations. MHC was created in 2005 and manages retail, office, and multi-family properties. MHC provides fee based management to both affiliated and unaffiliated third party clients.

Our professional management staff members are attuned to the unique needs of each client. MHC brings strong experience in accounting, budgeting, contractual negotiation, construction management, and value engineering. Specializing in the reclamation and redevelopment of established property, MHC brings a unique set of specialized services not commonly offered by other management companies.
